TOBY STRONG I am a lighting cameraman with a passion for people and the natural world. I have been lucky enough to work on some extraordinary productions over the years in some of the world’s wildest and remotest locations. There are great tools out there to achieve the best shots, sequences and films. I’m currently loving working with 35mm primes on a pro 35 adapter and I like to use cinebule, steadicam, cranes, tracks and timelapse, but without losing sight of the basics. This experience helps me work with directors and producers to realise a common vision. From concert halls to deserts, jungles, polar regions and mountains, I am gathering the ways, means and dark arts to produce the best footage I can and get the most out of each environment. Most recent projects include: Nitin Sawhney: producing his Royal Albert Hall concert with James Taylor First Love: Sky Arts ( Emilia Fox, Julian Lloyd Webber,…) Antarctica: BBC ( Ben Fogle, David Attenborough and Ranulph Fiennes) Human planet: BBC ( Latest landmark series) The Great Oil Conspiracy: BBC ( Stephen Fry)
